38 gauge triangular - Good general purpose needle for sculptural work. This is the one to get if you only want one kind. Item FN38 6 needles for $6

36 gauge triangular - For roughing out work or coarser fibers. Also a good general purpose needle. Item FN36 6 needles for $6

38 gauge star - Extra fast at drawing in fiber because it has barbs on 5 sides. Item FN38S 6 needles for $7

Clover Needle Felting Tool: This is a great tool for that felt embellishment. It has four fine (40 gauge) needles for working on fabrics, needles are easily changed and the plastic handle includes a safety locking device. Item FT04 $16.95

Clover Needle Felting Mat: This is actually a flat 3" x 5 " brush surface. It is great for needling into fabrics as they stay on top of the bristles allowing the needles and fibers to penetrate easily without stressing fine fabrics. Item NM04 $10.00

Pine tool

Pine Felting Tools: Our economical pine tools come in two sizes, they are comfortable and easy to use. Needles are easily replaced by unscrewing the top of the handle. Each comes with heavy duty 40 gauge needles that are very durable (leaves slightly bigger holes than a standard 40 gauge needle).
